Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use kelham.productions (the “site”), which is run by Kelham Productions (“we”, “us”).

If you do not agree with them, do not use the site.

Questions: info@kelham.productions.

1. What this site is

The site is a portfolio and enquiry page. It shows our work and lets you get in touch.

It is not a shop, a booking system, or a client portal. Sending the contact form does not confirm a job, a date, a fee, or usage rights.

2. Enquiries

If you submit the form, you confirm that the name, email, phone number, and message you give are accurate, and that we may use them to reply as described in our Privacy Policy.

We will try to reply, but we do not have to take on every enquiry.

Any production work is only agreed in a separate written contract or invoice. Those documents (not this page) cover fees, schedule, deliverables, and who owns or can use the films and photos.

3. Our work on the site

Films, stills, case studies, titles, and copy on this site are owned by us or used with permission from clients and collaborators.

You may view them on the site. You may not copy, download, scrape, republish, edit, or use them in your own work, ads, or social posts without our written permission (and, where relevant, the client’s).

Project names and brands belong to those clients. Showing a project here does not mean that client endorses you or that you may use their name or logo.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • misuse the contact form (spam, automated submissions, false details)

  • try to break into the site or interfere with it

  • scrape or harvest content or media in bulk

  • use the site in a way that is unlawful or harmful to us or others

We may block access if we think these terms are being broken.

5. Third-party content

Some videos play through Vimeo. Some photo galleries are hosted on Pixieset (including gallery.kelham.productions). Those services have their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, cookies, or how they work.

Links to other sites are for convenience only. We are not responsible for those sites.

6. Accuracy and availability

We try to keep the site useful, but showreels, credits, and project details can go out of date. Nothing on the site is a professional recommendation or a promise of a particular result.

The site is hosted on Framer. It may be down, slow, or changed without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

7. Liability

The site is provided as it is.

To the fullest extent allowed by English law, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, an embed failing, or you relying on something published here.

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else the law says we cannot exclude.

8. Changes

We may change the site or these terms at any time. The new version will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may bring a claim in your country if we need to protect our work.
